Role Overview
We are seeking an energetic Logistics Supervisor to manage temperature-controlled routing, real-time IoT temperature telematics, and timely product delivery to retail and wholesale channels.
Key Responsibilities
• Monitor IoT temperature loggers across 45+ refrigerated trucks in real-time.
• Optimize dispatch schedules to reduce delivery transit times and fuel burn.
• Supervise driver safety compliance and vehicle sanitization protocols.
Requirements & Qualifications
• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Transport Operations.
• 3+ years experience managing cold-chain or perishable FMCG fleets.
• Strong computer literacy and telematics tracking systems experience.
