Senior Quality Assurance & Food Safety Manager
Role Overview
Bahati Dairies is seeking an experienced, detail-driven Quality Assurance & Food Safety Manager to oversee all quality control procedures across our intake, pasteurization, fermentation, packaging, and cold distribution operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Direct and mentor a team of 14 dairy microbiologists and lab technicians.
• Oversee compliance with ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, and statutory food safety standards.
• Manage root-cause investigations and corrective action plans for any process anomalies.
• Conduct vendor and farmer hub hygienic compliance audits.
Requirements & Qualifications
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Science, Dairy Technology, Microbiology, or related discipline.
• 7+ years of progressive QA management experience in a modern commercial dairy processing plant.
• Certified HACCP Lead Auditor / ISO 22000 Lead Auditor.
• Exceptional leadership and technical problem-solving skills.
