Solar Transition: 70% of Processing Energy Now Powered by Clean Rooftop Solar

In line with our comprehensive 2030 Sustainability Charter, Bahati Dairies has successfully commissioned a 1.2 Megawatt peak (MWp) rooftop solar photovoltaic installation across our central processing facility.
This initiative slashes our grid carbon footprint by over 1,400 metric tonnes of CO2 equivalents annually—the equivalent of planting over 60,000 mature indigenous trees.
"Sustainable dairy production is not merely a goal; it is our generational duty to the land and the farming communities that sustain us," stated our Chief Operations Officer.
